Your beautiful holiday rental on the idyllic Caribbean island of Tobago
Sitting at the highest point in the resort, commanding views of the Caribbean Sea, this luxurious, airy, semi-detached villa is the perfect place to enjoy your peaceful, relaxing holiday.
Whether it’s a romantic, sun-kissed break, a once in a lifetime family holiday, or a shared experience getaway with friends, Villa Victoria will meet your requirements and surpass your expectations.
Villa Victoria is a beautiful, planation style, 3 bedroom villa, located on a private resort. On one side lies The Grafton Caledonia Bird Sanctuary’s 260 acres of lush vegetation and on the other, the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and the world famous Buccoo Reef. Within a few minutes drive are two 18 hole championship golf courses, fine restaurants, beautiful beaches, five-star hotels, snorkelling, fishing, scuba diving, tennis, bird watching, biking, hiking, windsurfing and sailing.
The design and colour reflect the large plantation houses of the past, but Victoria has all the modern amenities one could expect for a relaxing holiday. Throughout the villa, the use of French doors, wooden louvres, large ceiling fans and a traditional plantation Demerara kitchen window, helps to create that old-fashioned Caribbean flavour.
On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious open plan living room and dining area with full width doors opening onto the larger of 2 patios between which lies the pool. Behind the pool is a secluded sun bathing terrace.
The ground floor also includes a powder room and laundry area leading to a large ensuite air conditioned bedroom with 2 queen beds and doors to the second patio and BBQ area. This bedroom can be accessed via it’s own separate front door.
Upstairs comprises of 2 air conditioned bedrooms both with ensuite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, lounge area and Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and it’s own Juliet balcony. Both offer a stunning vista over the Caribbean Sea.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained, landscaped garden with a large lawn area for recreation and relaxation.

About Tobago:
Tobago is the unspoilt tropical jewel in the Caribbean and is rumoured to be Robinson Crusoe’s Isle. It was chosen by Disney as the idyllic setting for the film Swiss Family Robinson.
The island offers an abundance of natural features, palm lined sea and beaches, lush rain forests and pristine coral reefs teeming with rich marine life.
Tobago’s shores are washed by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the warmer Caribbean Sea on the other and, lying just 11° above the equator outside the hurricane belt, is approximately 25 miles long and 6 miles wide.
Mass tourism is still a fledgling industry, mainly located in the south-west around the airport where there are many of the tourist facilities one would expect such as water sports, restaurants, bars and shops as well as beautiful sandy beaches.
Eco tourism is growing in popularity, much of this is located around the mountainous spine (1800 ft) of Tobago known as the Main Ridge. The hilly central and eastern landscape of the interior provides shelter for the oldest protected rainforest in the Western Hemisphere.

“Villa Victoria, and Tobago, are everything the brochure says they are! With seven adults in our party, the villa offered sumptuous, uncramped accommodation – and the pool was a very welcome site when we returned from our explorations of this unspoilt island. We will certainly be returning.”

“The wedding went really well and we had a great time, the villa was great too, especially the plunge pool, a really nice touch. Fantastic view too…. awesome. I’m sure we’ll be making a return visit.”
